Super easy pizza!

1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick® mix 1/3 cup very hot water 1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce 1 package (3 1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushroom 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces) Heat oven to 450ºF. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Stir together Bisquick mix and very hot water; beat 20 strokes until soft dough forms. Press dough in pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Makes 8 servings

Bacon, Hashbrowns and Eggs Dish

1 lb bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup) 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (3/4 cup) 1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 3/4 cup milk 12 eggs 1 package (2 lb) frozen hash browns, thawed 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 oz) In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Using slotted spoon. Remove from pan to small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Drain drippings, reserving 1 tablespoon in pan. Add onion, bell pepper and mushrooms; cook 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in mustard, salt and pepper. In large bowl, beat milk and eggs with wire whisk. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. Spread half of hash browns in baking dish. Spread onion mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese. Oven Baked Tacos

1.5 lbs ground beef Salt, pepper and garlic salt, to taste 4 ounce tomato sauce 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 can refried beans (I used about 3/4 of the can) 1 ½ cups shredded cheese 24 hard taco shells Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic salt. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any fat. Return to pan and add taco seasoning. Mix to combine. Add tomato sauce and refried beans and stir together. Cook for additional 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into taco shells standing them up in a 9×13 pan. Sprinkle tacos with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.

Fish and Chips

Ingredients 2 quarts grapeseed or vegetable oil, for frying 3 pounds halibut or firm white fish, cut in 5 to 6 portions Salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 quart egg wash (equal parts whole eggs and milk, mixed well) 2 cups panko breadcrumbs 6 lemons halves, for serving Chips, recipe follows Directions Pour enough oil to fill a deep-fryer about a third of the way. Heat the oil to 350 degrees F. Pat the fish dry with paper towels. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper. Dip the fish in flour and tap off the excess flour. Then dip the fish into the egg wash and then the breadcrumbs, ensuring to coat evenly. Repeat the process with each fillet, then carefully drop the coated fish in the fryer. Cook the fish in batches until golden brown on both sides, 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from the fryer and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve lemons on the side. Serve with choice of Chips. OMELETS IN A BAG....CAMPING

2 eggs 1/4 cup ham 1/4 cup cheese 1 dash salt 1 dash pepper 1/8 cup onion, chopped Directions: 1 Fill a pan half full with water, the size of pan will vary depending on number of omelets being made(a 3 quart pan can cook up to 3 omlets). 2 Start to bring water to a boil while doing the following directions. 3 Put two eggs into a quart size ziplock bag. 4 Mush eggs while they are in the bag. 5 Add any ingredients you desire, examples listed above(but you can be creative and add anything you like). 6 Press out air and seal bag. 7 Place closed bag(s) in boiling water. Boil for 13 minutes. Carefully remove bag(s) from boiling water. 8 Open bag and slide omelet onto a plate. 9 Eat and enjoy. PRETTY EASTER DEVILED EGGS

Easter Deviled Eggs Ingredients 10 hard boiled eggs food coloring 1 tsp vinegar for each color you are using water ½ cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip or half of each (I use Miracle Whip) Instructions Remove the shells from the hard boiled eggs and slice each egg in half. Remove the yolks from the egg halves and place in a bowl. Set the yolks aside. Get enough glasses or mugs for the number of colors you want to use. Fill the mugs or glasses ⅔ of the way full with cold water. Add 3 drops of desired food coloring along with 1 tsp vinegar to each mug or cup. Place egg whites in the mugs and allow to sit in the food coloring until desired color is reached. I could fit 3 egg whites in each of my mugs at a time. Remove whites from dye and drain on a plate lined with a couple of paper towels. Take the reserved yolks and mash them with a fork. Then mix in the ½ cup mayonnaise with the mashed yolk. Pipe or spoon the yolk mix into the colored egg whites....
