CHOCOLATY CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients 1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix 1 cup sour cream 1 cup vegetable oil   4 eggs 1/2 cup warm water 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix together the cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs and water.  Stir in the chocolate chips and pour batter into a well greased 12 cup bundt pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until top is springy to the touch and a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Cool cake thoroughly in pan at least an hour and a half before inverting onto a plate  If desired, dust the cake with powdered sugar.

BEST FROSTING

Frosting 1 1/2 cups butter, softened 3 cups powdered sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa 2 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon vanilla

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces 3/4 cup canned sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, chopped 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into small pieces 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan; spread to evenly cover bottom of pan. Microwave white chocolate in separate microwaveable bowl 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until completely melted. Add peanut butter; stir until melted. Spread over semi-sweet chocolate layer in pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles

AUNT RHONDA'S CUPCAKES

1 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 tsp soda 1 tsp salt 1/3 cup cocoa Mix dry ingredients in mixer Add 1 cup boiling water and mix Add: 1/3 cup shortening 1 Egg 1 tsp. vanilla Bake 350 .....12 minutes FROSTING: 2 lbs Powdered Sugar 2 sticks of butter (room temp) 1 egg white 2 tsp vanilla 2 Tbsp. milk

Cheesecake Chocolate Balls

TRIED AND FAILED. BALLS TOO STICKY :( INGREDIENTS  8oz cream cheese, room temperature  4 tablespoons butter, room temperature  1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs  4 cups powdered sugar  10 oz chocolate chips  DIRECTIONS  In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and butter together until combined.  Add in the graham cracker crumbs and mix well.  Add in the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until it is all mixed in.  Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.    I usually let it sit overnight.  Place a piece of wax paper on the counter and remove batter from the fridge.  Scoop into balls and roll in between palms if necessary.  Place on wax paper.  Place in fridge for 10-20 minutes if they are too soft to dip.  Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds to make sure it doesn’t harden up.  It should take about 1 minute for the chocolate to completely...

Papa's No Bake Oatmeal Cookies

NO BAKE OATMEAL COOKIES Ingredients 2 cups sugar 4 tablespoons cocoa 1 stick butter 1/2 cup milk 1 cup peanut butter 1 tablespoon vanilla 3 cups oatmeal Waxed paper Directions In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil, the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Let boil for 1 minute then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. On a sheet of waxed paper, drop mixture by the teaspoonfuls, until cooled and hardened.

Brownie Base 1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Supreme Premium brownie mix Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box Filling 1/3 cup butter, softened 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons milk Topping 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips 3 tablespoons butter Directions 1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Heather's homemade peanut butter eggs

•4 cups powdered sugar  •1 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut butter  •1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted  •2-3 tablespoons milk  •3 cups semisweet chocolate chips  •1 tablespoon Shortening  Directions: Mix together the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and butter. Add the milk one tablespoon at a time until it becomes a nice workable dough. It will be just like play dough, it will be really easy to work with. Form the dough into egg shapes, and place in the freezer for about an hour.  Place the chocolate chips and shortening in a glass measuring cup. Microwave 1 minute at a time stirring in between until completely melted. (You can also use a double boiler if you prefer, but I am lazy) Dip each egg in the melted chocolate and place on waxed paper until set. Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 10 Tbsp unsalted butter 4 large eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp  salt 1 cup all-purpose flour 10 oz mini peanut butter cups  Preheat oven to 350.  Line 12 muffin cups with foil liners. Melt semisweet chips and butter together in a large bowl in a microwave at 50% power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave another minute and stir again. Repeat until mixture is smooth; let cool slightly. Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt into the melted chocolate. Fold in flour just until incorporated. Add 3/4 of the peanut butter cups.   Fill prepared foil cups and top each with remaining peanut butter cups. Bake 35-40 minutes.  Use any kind of chips you want...mint at Christmas, butterscotch, etc...

Super-Easy Triple-Chocolate Fudge

Preparation Time: 20 minutes Start to Finish Time: 140 minutes Yield: 24 large squares Nonstick cooking spray 1 pound (16 ounces) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces 2 14-ounce cans sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided 1 pound (16 ounces) milk chocolate, finely chopped 2 ounces white chocolate Thoroughly coat all inside surfaces of a 9x13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Melt dark chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter in a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in 1 can condensed milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. KEVON'S CHOCOLATE BALLS Mix and knead together: 2 cups powdered sugar 1 cube margarine 2 cups peanut butter 3 cups Rice Krispies Roll into balls. Melt in top of double boiler slow: Parafin wax cut into small cubes 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Dip balls in chocolate, remove & place on waxed paper We make these every Christmas!
