Mam's perfect Clam Chowder

Ingredients: 4 (6 1/2 ounce) cans minced clams 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup finely diced celery 3 cups finely diced potatoes 1/2 cup butter or margarine (a cube) 1/4 cup flour 2 cups half-and-half, warmed 1 teaspoon salt, to taste 1 dash pepper 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 cup juice from clam 1 chicken bouillon cube 2 cups chicken broth or more as needed Directions: Drain the juice from the clams; set the clams aside and save the juice.
