EASY SWEDISH MEATBALL SKILLET

Ingredients 2 tablespoons butter 1 cup chopped onions 1 1/2 cups water 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 box (6.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Hamburger Helper™ Stroganoff 24 frozen cooked meatballs (from 22-oz bag) 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice Chopped Italian (flat-leaf) parsley, if desired Steps 1 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until onions are tender. 2 Stir in water, whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce, uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box), frozen meatballs, pepper and allspice. Heat to boiling. 3 Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.

MEATBALLS: HAMBURGER STOVE TOP STUFFING MIX EGG LIPTON ONION SOUP PEPPER GARLIC SALT WORC. SAUCE Parsley flakes optional Roll into small balls WITH GRAVY: ADD CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP ON TOP OF MEATBALLS IN A BAKING DISH. BAKE 400 for about 45-60 minutes WITHOUT GRAVY: Place balls on baking sheet and cook 400 for 20-30 minutes You can cook the meatballs on the baking sheet and  then add them in a baking dish with the soup if you prefer.

EASY SWEDISH MEATBALLS

1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork 2 eggs, beaten 1 small onion, finely chopped 1-1/4 cups water 1 jar (12 oz.) Beef Gravy 1/2 cup Sour Cream Heat oven to 400°F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, eggs, onions and water just until blended. Shape into 32 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter. Place in 2 foil-lined 13x9-inch pans sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 min. or until done (160ºF). Mix gravy and sour cream in large saucepan. Add meatballs; stir to evenly coat. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until sauce is heated through, stirring occasionally.
