INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter (melted)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups oats
2 cups white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 350. Lightly greased cookie sheets.
2) In medium bowl, put butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in mixer. Mix until smooth. Then, add vanilla extract and eggs as you stir. Slowly add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into the mixture. Finally add oats and white chocolate chips into dough. Use tablespoon to add cookies onto sheet(s). It should be enough for six cookies per sheet.
3) Bake for 11 minutes in the preheated oven. Once finished, put cookies on wired cookie sheet to cool off.
