CHICKEN ALFREDO SOUP

Ingredients 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter   1 cup chopped yellow onion (from 1 onion)   1/2 tsp. kosher salt   1/2 tsp. black pepper, plus more for garnish   3 garlic cloves, minced   4 cups chicken broth   1 (15-oz.) jar Alfredo sauce   2 cups frozen sweet green peas   2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken   1/2 lb. medium shell pasta, cooked according to pkg. directions   1 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley How to Make It Step 1 Heat butter in a large Dutch oven over medium-high until melted. EASY BBQ PORK

Ingredients 3 pounds pork tenderloin   8 ounces barbecue sauce Sweet Baby Rae's Honey BBQ Sauce   1 onion small, minced   2-3 cloves garlic minced   2 dash(es) hot pepper sauce   salt to taste   ground black pepper to taste How to Make It Step 1 Salt and pepper pork loin(s) and place in crock pot Step 2 Add garlic and onion Step 3 Pour BBQ sauce over meat Step 4 Add hot sauce and stir to evenly distribute Step 5 Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours

EASY SWEDISH MEATBALL SKILLET

Ingredients 2 tablespoons butter 1 cup chopped onions 1 1/2 cups water 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 box (6.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Hamburger Helper™ Stroganoff 24 frozen cooked meatballs (from 22-oz bag) 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice Chopped Italian (flat-leaf) parsley, if desired Steps 1 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until onions are tender. 2 Stir in water, whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce, uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box), frozen meatballs, pepper and allspice. Heat to boiling. 3 Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.

oven baked chicken strips

Ingredients 1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour 1 egg 1 tablespoon water 1 cup Progresso™ plain or Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/4 lb (20 oz) chicken breast tenders (from two 14-oz packages) Favorite dipping sauce, if desired Steps 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. 2 In shallow dish, place flour. In another shallow dish, beat egg and water. In third shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Coat chicken with flour; dip into egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet. 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center and coating is golden brown. Serve with dipping sauce or gravy.

BAKED BISCUITS AND GRAVY

Ingredients Biscuits 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix 1/2 cup milk Gravy 2 tablespoons butter 1 lb bulk breakfast sausage 1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour 2 cups milk Steps 1 Heat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cup Bisquick™ mix and the 1/2 cup milk; stir until well mixed.  Set aside. 2 In 10-inch cast-iron or ovenproof skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink. 3 Add flour; cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened. Stir in 2 cups milk. Heat to boiling; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. 4 Drop biscuit dough in 8 large spoonfuls onto hot sausage gravy. 5 Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

FRENCH BREAD PIZZA

INGREDIENTS 1 loaf of French bread 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup pizza sauce, divided 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided Your favorite pizza toppings INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or foil for easy clean up. Slice bread in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, mix together butter and garlic powder. Spread on inside of bread. Top each half with pizza sauce, cheese and desired toppings. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until hot and cheese is completely melted. NOTES If you like your crust extra toasty, place in the oven for 5 minutes after brushing with garlic butter, then pile on toppings and bake again until cheese is melted.

BANANA BREAD BETTY CROCKER

Ingredients 1 1/4 cups sugar 1/2 cup butter, softened 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups mashed very ripe bananas (3 to 4 medium) 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired Steps 1 Move oven rack to low position so that tops of pans will be in center of oven. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inches, or 1 loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. 2 Mix sugar and butter in large bowl. Stir in eggs until well blended. Add bananas, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt just until moistened. Stir in nuts. Pour into pans. 3 Bake 8-inch loaves about 1 hour, 9-inch loaf about 1 1/4 hours, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
